With over 25 years in the fitness industry as a fitness Instructor and and A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer, Rima brings her experience, energy and joy into everything she does. 

A disciple of Lolita San Miguel's Pilates Master Mentor Program, Rima is a 2nd generation pilates instructor. Rima is also a PMA (Pilates Method Alliance) certified instructor.


Rima has always had a genuine passion for living a healthy, active lifestyle and helping others do the same.

Drew Ricciardi

Drew Ricciardi uses a combination of Pilates, Gyrotonic, and his own Primal Spiral® Method, helping  clients to rehabilitate, maintain, protect, and perform to the best of their capabilities. For more information on Primal Spiral®, follow his IG @themonkeybody. As a professional classical violist with hypermobility, Drew aims to cultivate the highest precision and strength with ease. 

Camille LeFevre

Camille LeFevre has been watching and writing about moving bodies for 20+ years as a dance writer and critic. She's also practiced Mat Pilates for 15 years in Minneapolis/St. Paul, first with Fran Ouellette (who studied with Molly Lin, a practitioner with Joe Pilates), then at various studios throughout the Twin Cities. She received her teacher training and Balanced Body® certification from Awaken Pilates in Minneapolis. She is on sabbatical from teaching in her home studio, Pilates in the Park, in St. Paul, while deciding whether to permanently move to Sedona. She’s also taught at CORE Pilates in St. Paul, 501 Fit in Minneapolis, ModernWell in Minneapolis, and at Zenon Dance School. Camille is a stickler for form, likes to keep classes focused but fun, and makes sure guests leave a class feeling good, balanced, strong and energized!

Classical or modern Pilates equipment classes expertly taught with 3–4 people. Using the Pilates principles of breath, awareness, focus, rhythm, precision and flow, you will get an amazing body-changing experience. 


Once you have some Pilates experience, please join one of our many Pilates equipment classes on our schedule. Options include tower, reformer, Wunda Chair, jumpboard or spine corrector classes. If you are a beginner, please call to find which group would be best for you.
