In Pilates, success often depends on the teacher. Rima Borgogni, founder of Pulse Pilates, brings a lifetime passion for fitness combined with 25 years of training with some of the best Pilates teachers of today, like Lolita San Miguel and Kathi Ross Nash.
Pulse Pilates studio has every piece of Pilates equipment, so exercises can be adapted to different level of fitness or physical limitations.

Pilates will change the way you move, think and feel. Working one-on-one with one of our dedicated and classically trained instructors will change your whole approach to movement.
Expertly taught on variety of equipment with 3–4 people in class. Once you have some Pilates experience, you can join our classes on Reformer, Tower, Wunda Chair, Jump board or Spine corrector.
